Expert Salvage Kit - Guild Wars Forums

I just purchased an expert salvage kit, and I would like to know what items I should use it on, because I tried a few and I didn't get anything more than what I would get with just a regular salvage kit...Can you just post a few items that it can be used on, that salvage rarer items?

Getting rare crafting items, or sometimes certian upgrade components is soely based on chance. Some items will never give any but a common crafting item, so using an expert salvage kits, is basically useless. Currently the best salvage guide out there is found on the Prima's guide.
